New here and have a little problem. Yesterday the Norton tech installed NIS 2011 which I use to have NIS 2010. All, with 2010 worked fine but in 2011 my spam goes to an unread message folder. At first it disappeared but after looking I found it in the unread email folder under the search folder. Can someone tell me how to redirect it to the spam folder? Running Outlook 2003 on a XP SP3 machine.
