NIS 2011 Custom Firewall Rule Created by User - I didn't create it

NIS Recent History shows that a custom firewall rule was created by user. However, I didn't create it and the rule doesn't show up in Program Control. When I do attempt to create a rule for the executable it doesn't appear, yet the executable does show in Windows Explorer. The following is the Recent History entry:

You created firewall rules to manage how Host Process for Windows Tasks accesses your network resources.

Custom Rule

Host Process for Windows Tasks
C:\Windows\System32\taskhost.exe
User configured rules

Computer Name (192.168.X.X),  50710

Outbound TCP, www-http

I ran a complete scan and NIS 2011 found no problems. The port number, 50710, makes me suspicious though. Is there a way to block outbound traffic on port 50710?
