It's not fast, it's not smooth. I have to CLICK-AND-HOLD the down arrow to scroll down...and sometimes, it still doesn't scroll down or up.
Ordinarily, when selecting other drop-down lists, I can simply HOVER my cursor over the down-arrow at the list bottom and it will scroll automatically. This is what I find with most drop-down menus. Can Norton please implement that kind of functionality in its next revision to NIS 2011?
I'd like to add that when I do scroll the Identity Safe drop-down menu, it is slow, Slow, SLOW. VERY slow. That is also very annoying.
I'd also like to add that my Flash Player is the current version and is working properly, same with Shockwave and Java. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the NIS 2011 product and not the add-ons; however, admittedly it could be a compatibility issue. Thank you for taking my complaint/suggestion.
