First of all a wery warm hello to all as I am logging in for the first time
Let me explain the problem that make me nuts.
Using NIS for years (at least since 2008)
System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Browser: Firefox 7.0.2
I have recently upgraded from NIS 2011 to NIS 2012 (actual engine: 19.1.0.28)
As everyone I did have problems with Identity Safe after installing FF 7 as Norton Toolbar 2012.1.0.30 has been switched off.
I waited patiently for the patch to fix the issue.
As I read the patch has arrived (19.1.1.13) I tried vie LiveUpdate to install it.
And it was not possible. Every time I am launching LiveUpdate I am obtaining the information that "proceeding NIS Ressources update cannot be terminated" No other relevant informations are given.
All others updates are D/L and installed with no problems.
I did verify the NIS 19.1.1.13 update has been D/L to the HDD. So it's just an issue with the update
Dont know how to proceed to make this update work
