Since NIS 2012 I have encountered a fairly persistant issue with the Security Alerts.
I like to know what my system is doing, so I disable the automatic program control in advanced settings for Firewall and enable Advanced events monitoring.
Most days I will get an alert like the one below which seems to be caused by a combination of NIS 2012 and software called Soluto (it allows you to remove or pause unwanted programs from your system boot and browsers).
Program name: SolutoService.exe
The problem here is that you can't click OK (to allow always) or select the X in the top right corner (to close the window). The only way to kill this window is with task manager. Of course the problem comes up again at a later time, and so on.

Can anyone else reproduce?
