NIS 2012 Smart Firewall & Cisco QuickVPN

Hi there,

I'm having a problem connecting one of our clients to one of their network computers through a Cisco QuickVPN client connection. I can establish a connection to the router (can ping its IP and access it's Web Interface when the VPN is active) but I cannot ping or see any of the computers in the network (1 desktop, 1 notebook). Both systems in the work network are using NIS 2012.

Going forward I will only be mentioning things I have tried on the work desktop as that is the system that has shared folders that I need to be able to access. If I disable the Smart Firewall I can instantly ping and view the shared folders. I've created a 'General Rule' opening up ports 443, 60443, 500, 1723, 4500 UDP and TCP in both directions and moved that rule to the top of the list to no effect.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
