I had Chrome (v14.0.835.163m) installed and the NIS 2012 (v19.1.0.28) toolbar was working with it OK. I had to uninstall Chrome but after reinstalling it, the NIS toolbar has disappeared. Anybody know how to get it back ?

works fine. thanks!
There are no extensions installed (see attachment). Note: toolbar works OK in IE and Firefox.
however,there is still bug there...
my chrome some time crash and notified that norton confidential is broken
Reinstalled the missing Norton Identity Protection extension into Chrome by doing the following:
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Engine\19.1.0.28\Extensions and using 7-Zip (or similiar) extract all files from `Chrome.crx' to a folder other than the source folder.
2. Start Google `Chrome' and go to `Tools', `Extensions'.
3. Click `Load Unpacked Extensions'
4. Go to the folder where you unpacked the `Chrome.crx' file.
5. Click the `Install' button to install `Norton Identity Protection'.
my point isn't "missing" or what...
the "norton confidential" sometime crashing on the system(chrome)
i have no problem with IE or FF....
then when i restarted the browser,it was fine....
and then suddenly(not always) it crash back....

Please do not follow the unpack instructions, doing so will render future updates to the plugin inoperable.
Please do the following instead:
- Open explorer and find the chrome.crx file as instructed above.
- Open Chrome.
- Drag the chrome.crx file on the Chrome window.
- Chrome will ask you if you want to install it, say yes.
Please keep the following in mind; once you manually uninstall or deactivate the extension in Chrome, our installer can never again re-enable it for you, you have to do it manually using the technique described above.
This is not our doing, or our choice, this is Google's decision.
