Running NIS 2012 (19.1.0.28)
and KIS 2012.
-Disabled KIS2012
-Downloaded below two files.
-They contain a Trojan.
GetFLV Pro v9 0 3 0.rar
GetFLV Pro 9 0 2 1.rar
-Extracted the files.
-NIS: did Context menu = Insight Network Scan: nothing
-Also did a manual scan: nothing.
-NIS stated files were safe.
-I deleted the extracted files
-Enabled KIS
When I wanted to extract the files, so as to have the checked by KIS, KIS immediatly reported that both
files were infected with Trojan.Win32.Inject.bkkn and deleted them.
Next step.
-Again disabled KIS,
-Downloaded Malwarebytes free version,
-Extracted the files: Malwarebytes did nothing
-Had Malwarebytes check the files.
This just to see if they were false positives.
Malwarebytes also found the trojan, see below.
