Sorry to bother you all again but I've got another question/issue that's driving me nuts!
I recently upgraded to 2012 from 2011 using the free upgrade and buying an older version of NIS to use the valid product key - my previous post querying this http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/2011-2012-upgrade-question/m-p/548330/highlight/true#M175639
I've done the upgrade to NIS 2012, bought NIS 2011 and used the new key. Norton accepted it and wanted me to connect to my account to complete the activation, which I did successfully. Trouble is, pretty much every time I turn my PC on now it wants me to go through the 'Complete your Activation' process by logging into my account.
I've already completed it once when registering the new product key and about 4 times since but still it asks me to do it. I can't close that window to ignore it either and I'm getting really tired and annoyed having to do this one time process over and over. It's even open now as I write this.
Whats going on? How can I get it to stop opening and realise that I've completed the activation 5 times already!?
