Ever since I renewed my NIS 2012 registration, it will NOT complete a full system scan on my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 computer. Usually the scan windows disappears and the NIS icon disappears from the task bar, with no trace of NIS running. Earlier I followed up on the suggestion that I completely remove NIS and reinstall, but that didn't correct the problem. Today, NIS ended with an error 3028,103 and offered to uninstall and reinstall itself. I let it do so. Unforunately it still can't finish a full system scan.
I am able to do the other scans (Quick, Reputation, Facebook, folder, and volume), but the Full System Scan will NOT run.
I had also tried standalone scans from McAfee, Norton, and Microsoft. No problems are never reported, but the NIS Full System Scan will not finish and it blows NIS out of the water (excpt for today's 3028,103 error.
Please Help
