Running NIS 2013 on win 7 (64 bit) laptop and on a win7 (NOT 64) desktop.
Under NIS 2012 for both machines, in the performance window you could hover over an event (install, download, detection, quickscan, etc.) and get useful detail about the event.
Under NIS 2013, for the 64 bit laptop machine, the black text boxes come up, but all the white text is missing. The non-64 bit machine works perfectly. Called support and problem was not solved by a manual registry key removal process, deinstall without saving previous settings, and followed by a reinstall from the web.
This is an UNSOLVED open case with support, but posted so others in the community can be aware.
