NIS Version: 20.3.1.22
I have set "Compressed File Scan" to off but every time I double-click a ZIP file to open it with WinRAR, my drive starts thrashing and ccsvchost.exe uses about 48% CPU for about 30 seconds.
I've disabled the only scanning option in WinRAR so it seems like Norton may be ignoring this setting.
