I have NIS 20.3.0.36. After booting icon appears in tray, with checkmark. I noticed a recent slowness in program opening. Once open, if I try to do a manual update check, nothing seems to happen. Same if I try any type of manually directed scan. Yet, if you query, it will say that updates have taken place recently. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled program. Also have run AVG virus check and Malwarebytes check. Nothing noted. Only thing different recently has been the Microsoft push. I even reset Internet Explorer back to version 9, default settings. Nothing helps. Ideas?
