I don't use the Toolbar or Password Vault (Happy with Lastpass Free PW manager). in IE11 or Chrome (plays Havoc when I collapse it to view whole Outlook.com (aka Hotmail)) page . Safe Search is useless, and won't even find the Norton Forum...!
I would like to remove Toolbar/PV from both browsers, as they both ran faster without Toolbar- How do I do this?
