Brilliant, Norton - you've fixed something that wasn't broken!
When I go to a website for which I have multiple logins, NIS used to show all the logins and I would just click on the one I wanted.
With 21.2.0.38, it just shows how many logins I have. I then have to click on that to see the logins themselves, and then click on the login I want.
So...what was one click to choose my login has now become two clicks.
Norton...please...if you've got nothing better to do than make the user interface worse, don't bother.
If your developers really are looking for something useful to do, I would suggest they put some effort into restoring the local vault, for which there have been so many complaints (about the cloud-based vault) and you haven't even bothered to reply to any of them.
Once logged in, Click on Vault is Open > Select Open Identity Safe - once all Log-ins are displayed, select the Minimize and the All Log-in screen will be availabe in the tray. Takes only one click to get to it this way - once it is placed there!
Thanks, I may be missing something but this still needs you to scroll to find what you need. rather than the former drop down list of options for a site. I also take it you would have to repeat this ebey time the vault is open'd!
When did the change to NIS 21.2.0.38 occur? I'm asking because I suddenly have a slew of problems including inststub.exe running in the task manager, the NIS icon missing from the taskbar, no way to launch the product or access it on my computer except for auto fix which tells me there are no issues found. I tried to run Norton remove and reinstall as well as auto detect and both tell me they can't find the product on my computer.
My changes were today, 3 computers. I am uncleare what, apart from messing about with the Vault, they have done. Though you apear to have more problems than just he vault!
