I am not sure if this is intentional or not.
But when you hover over Norton Safe Web beside search results. It takes focus from the web browser window and puts the focus on the Norton Safe Web result for the site. This happens on Firefox and IE.

Notice how the top of the web browser is grey. Instead of semi-transparent. That means the web browser window has lost focus.
