This is my first post, so bare with me,
On my Macbook, running OSX 10.5.6, the SymDaemon is causing kernel panics, just after login. While it has only done so three times, in the last two months, I find it poor practice to be forced to report a bug through a forum, in stead of a decent bugtracker.
I also tried to file my bug report via the Dutch CostumerSupport, but 'somehow', I guess my bug report got lost in transit; the poor guy seemed speechless I even tried.
If there's a way to provide more accurate info, please tell me. But I don't think Symantec shipped this product with debugging symbols included.
