NIS and Toolbar missing in Chrome

NIS and the Toolbar were working fine but I found a way to update the Toolbar and now even though they are installed, the Toolbar isn’t showing along with NIS inside the Toolbar.
I’m using:
Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87
Norton Identity Safe 1.0.5
Norton Security Toolbar 2017.0.0.4
