I'm pretty disappointed to see in this forum that AntiSpam still does not support SSL encrypted e-mail connections. There are companies with software that do provide AntiSpam support for SSL. When is Symantec going to resolve this? If it's not resolved ASAP, I'm going to start looking at other company's software and replace NIS.
I just had a chat session with a Symantec tech earlier today for this issue (which I've seen for several months now...was just finally able to get around to dealing with it), and he tried to fix the problem, but it's not fixed, and he never checked for SSL. Once I found this issue discussed on this forum, I checked to see if my e-mail provider uses SSL, and discovered that they do. I'm very disappointed that Symantec does not have this issue listed as their first FAQ or support question in their Support section...that would have saved me a lot of time. I shouldn't have to come to a forum to find out about this limitation of NIS.
