While loading Norton Internet Security 2011 from the CD, after it uninstalled my expired Norton 360, it gives me message that it cannot read or find the CD drive. When I look at the "My Computer" dropdown, the CD drive no longer appears. Did the "uninstall" process remove some file or files for the CD drive? Any ideas?
