Hello,
I have recently tried to download and install a file that Norton claims is suspicious (when I know for a fact it is not). Even after setting it to be excluded from scans, it is still denying it access to the internet and will not allow me to set said file up as it is "high risk". I have tried some of the suggestions from the automated support (Nathan) but to no avail....any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and I use NIS 2011. Thanks.
