Identity Safe fails to validate my password when I try to enter through portal or when I sign in through the program on my computer. I am having this problem since last night. I can log on local but not out into the cloud through my program or the portal. I know my password is good. I did recently change my email address and I can log on to my Norton account

Did you change your Norton Account Address from Norton Account Web Portal(account.norton.com)?
(Steps you used:- Browse to "account.norton.com"->Login with your Norton Account credentials -> Click "Profile" link under which you will see a section called "Account Information", did you change your Norton Account email address from this page and clicked
"Update" button).
If that is the case then its already a known issue, people are working on it to fix this issue.
