Hi Last night I tried to install the 2013 NIS onto my windows 7 computer. It was moving along until I got to the "agree and install" bit where I clicked on it and it paused there for a long time. Then it finished and told me to restart.
Upon restarting, I found that all of my other programs, such as IE and microsoft office were gone. Even NIS was not installed. Since then, I've managed to get NIS installed via internet download, but I still don't have my other programs back.
Is this a common problem? Any suggestions as to how to recover my other programs? Thanks.
