NIS is horrible!

I was essentially manhandled into installing NIS as part of the drivers for my new ASUS motherboard. I ddin't really want it, because I've has bad experiences with Norton products in the past. Yesterday, I couldn't find out how to turn off a NIS block of Skype until I was walked through it by the Skype tech support; it was totally counterintuitive. As a result, I was unable to participate in a memorial service for my oldest and dearest friend. Immediately on the heels of that, NIS blocked my ability to download the latest version of Dragon Naturally Speaking, a program that I utterly rely on. Since I couldn't find any way to allow the download despitre a couple of hours trying different possibilities, I finally simply uninstalled NIDS completely. . Your program was absolutely no help in either event; it saimply blocked things without even telling me that they were blocked! I didn't think it possible for one program to screw up my life so completely in just one day, but you managed it. I will never use any of your products again

Not only have you lost a customer; you have gained an active opponent. Congratulations.
