There is a problem when opening my online password vault on a Windows 7 Starter PC, using either NIS or IE when opening the vault. The vault opens, but NIS acts as if the vault did not open, coming back to the Open Vault screen, asking me to open the vault again. On Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 8.1 PCs the vault opens as expected, using the same version of NIS (21.6.0.32) on all three PCs. Is there a fix for this NIS behavior on Windows Starter?
