Why is it that NIS has such a useless user interface? To make matters worse, NIS HELP tells you what to select and how to proceed but doesn't tell you how to get to the buttons and selections to make them (how do you get to the Quarantine list?). Finally, NIS has quarantined the Seamonkey file "nssckbi.dll" during installation through versions 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 2.15 and 2.16 which causes "invalid security certificate" errors for every web page applicable (https) including NIS HELP! The web lists page after page of dialog between users and Norton staff about the problem, but the durn thing hasn't been fixed through 5 revisions of Seamonkey!
