I'm running 2 computers with same license. Ran live update yesterday on computer #1 and downloaded update 16.2. Rebooted update successful. Computer #2 was offline for about 2 days. Put computer #2 online, waited about 1 hour so Norton could update than ran live update. Downloaded update 16.2, asked to reboot. I rebooted and when I looked at NIS interface still had 16.1. I must have rebooted and ran live update about 12 times and still shows 16.1. I decided to wait 24 hours. This morning ran live update and got a download : NIS Engine Fall Back (with no reboot). Ran live update again and it downloaded update 16.2, asked to reboot. Rebooted and interface changed to 16.2.0.7. Everything working fine now. If this happens to anybody, wait about 24 hours because it looks like Norton will repair itself on the failed download. Note: Computer #2 running only NIS 2009.
