Hi,
I have Norton IS running on 4 machines.
Under services in my control panel, when I click on the first NIS icon there are 3 devices named with the product key and serial number.
When I click on the second NIS icon, it says 'Please confirm your purchase' and authorization pending, and this has a date of order, though I don't have the serial number to confirm this. I presume this relates to the copy of NIS on my 4th machine.
I think I've found the product key, but the form is looking for the serial number which I don't have.
Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this out.
