NIS came with our computer back in 2007 and I just got done renewing the subscription (again) with $58.43 automatically charged to our CC. Now I not only keep getting a popup regarding "Verify my sub", but also noticed that in the Status Window of NIS it states "I have 10 days remaining to renew Norton Anti Virus". Makes no sense. You'd think that for $58.43 NAV would be covered so-to-speak.
If anyone can explain this I'd sure appreciate it. Almost ready to ask for my money back and just go out and buy NAV only. Not even sure how much of a benefit it is using NIS. Pretty much trusted Norton ever since 2000.
Using WinXP SP3. IE8 (for now).
