I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Home and the latest NIS version. Ever since then, whenever I get an update for my desktop, be it for Windows or other software I cannot open NIS Command Window from the system tray icon or launch it from the program menu when it shows the red "Notification" symbol the next time I logon to computer. In order to do so I have to run the Remove and Reinstall task first. This is an extremely frustrating situation. My system is a 32-bit, x64-based processor with 2.00 Gb of ram.
