Hi , was on the chat with support for two hours the other night after complete wipe and reinstall, which I had done 5 times previously. Asked about issues with TouchChip Fingerprint Coprocessor (WBF advanced mode) Authen Tec driver Ver 1.6.1.341 and received no response and a quick disconnect from support specialist. Every time this driver is installed so fingerprint reader works with Windows 10 I get messages to update to a new version of NIS that works with Win 10, it installs and NIS promptly stops working. Is there any resolution to this issue?
To clarify, the NRnR process makes the driver stop working and the reinstall of the driver makes NIS stop working.
