Hi,
I did a run live update and it downloaded some new files like engine so i believe it was installing the new update 16.5 will not after i rebooted my computer NIS2009 will not open nor is there an icon on the system tray, It put a NIS icon on the desktop but won't open then few minutes get some type of error message and clicked send to send it to techincal support,
So what gives,
Whats the site for the Norton Tool remover so i can uninstall it? i guess thats the correct way on going about this and need the link to download NIS2009 again..
