NIS 2011 v 18.6.0.29

OK I have a router that my desktop is plugged into.
Under my local area connections details, I see the following
IPv4 Address (shows my router IP address)
IPv4 Default Gateway shows a 192.xxx.xxx.xxx number
IPv4DHCP Server shows same 192.xxx.xxx.xxx address as above
But then under
IPv4 DNS Servers XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
it shows two of these entries and the IP address is from my Internet Service provider. The two IP address are the same, except for the last digit
I thought that using a router, all these entries would be of the 192.xxx.xxx.xxx variety?
Is my router not hiding my IP address??
