We have three new Windows 7 computers and installed NIS 2011 on all three. Two are running just fine. The third lost all connectivity to the network. So we uninstalled Norton, it then connected fine. We ran the Norton removal tool then tried reinstalling. Same problem, no internet connection. So we uninstalled and the connection issue was again resolved.
The differences between the computers are minor. We did use migwiz to transfer profiles from three XP machines that were retired so each had somewhat different information loaded into the profile. Otherwise they are identical.
We'd like to get NIS 2011 running on the third machine but have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?
