NIS2011 Sending Email Error 421 4.7.0 for all my addresses

Since few days I can not send one e-mail, because NIS2011 think that I'm a spammer on all different e-mail account that I have, on all my computers.
Today I asked for support and the solution is very unusual and unsafe.
Just turn off the Anti-Spam feature, because this feature is incompatible with Win7-64 and Microsoft Live Mail. They said to me.

I do not agree with this.

I used and configured the AntiSpam rules on Microsoft Live Mail, and it was worked pretty good until last Sunday (APR/03/2011).

I wish that Symantec Guys fixed this ASAP.

Thank you.

How to turn off the Anti-Spam Feature

Hi pps07com,

Alerts sent by your ISP are displayed by Norton, so you may be mistaking these warnings from your ISP about spam originating from your account for Norton alerts.  This may not involve Norton at all.  Please check with your ISP to see if they are blocking you due to the volume of messages you are sending.

Hi, SendOfJive, I know that.

But here on Brazil all internet servers are shared and have shared account with the same IP address.

When some block are put on some range of IPs get all ISP and a very huge of accounts.

I tried some URLs that verify what is the origin of the spam, and my e-mails are not spams, but my ISP is.

I send a lot of information to my ISP, but until now no solution.

My point is why I need to send an e-mail to put off the Norton Anti-Spam feature that I used a lot (the symantec support put this on line). And there are not a simple way to show to the global system that I'm not a spammer.

This is so crazy. And one the biggest provider is now blocked here.

I think the good way is not to block the IP address but just block the e-mail address.

Me and a lot of other account are now blocked, by Symantec Anti-Spam system. If a turn off the Anti-Spam feature I can send without problems my e-mails, reading the code inside the header my X-SPAM risk is NULL, because I'm not a spammers.

Is so easy to tell that you are spammers without verification!.

When you verify the header code you can see that I'm not a spammer and not to block my accounts putting me out of my business.

My e-mail volume is so low, less than 100 e-mails per day including all my accounts.

I think this is not the trouble, because the e-mail system was creat to send how much e-mail that you want.

Thank you.

This is so nice!

Buy the same international rules of anti-spam filters, the Norton Support and Norton Community is going to be blocked too.

Another Words "This rule is putting all e-mails to be blocked".

Please see this Prt Scr:

Norton Is Going to be Blocked too
Please take attention to the red icon on right.

The first message is blocked because is from Argentine. (.ar)  I do not know why its happen.

Another words, this kind of trouble is like no Free to talk or receive messages.

Where is the Freedon!

By Today the Norton Comunity just can send ONE (1) e-mail per day!

And the same restriction is valid to the Norton Support, just one e-mail per day!

This put this blog and the symantec support out of busines.

This rule is not COOL.

I'm live on Brazil, I'm not guilty if all my messages (from/to) pass into Argentine, Uruguay and other countries.
My ISP I think it is in Brazil. Not in other countries.
