At what point does the automayic renewal kick in (i.e. how many days left on sunscription). I have aotomatic renewal selection and I have 37 days of my sunscription left, when does  the automatic renewal kick in?

One thing to keep in mind.

 

The auto renewal is often more expensive than making a new purchase, either from Norton or other retailers.

 

You would just enter the new product key when there is one or two days left in your original subscription, so you do not lose time from your original subscription.

 

If you decide to go that route, remember to cancel the auto renewal in your Norton Account, before the renewal happens.

If you decide not to autorenew:

 

Don't delay cancelling it in your MyNortonAccount

 

Back this cancellation up by contacting the Norton OnLine CUstomer Support Team via the CHAT route as below and get their confirmation that it is cancelled .... doing it by CHAT with your computer keyboard means you have a written record and a case number just in case the system glitches .....

 

If autorenew still happens contact Support again and they will refund the unwanted charge but that takes time so making doubly sure it is cancelled is worthwhile
