NIS2013 blocks update Windows 8 Media Center

I'm using Windows 8 Pro x64 with Media Center, also installed NIS2013 20.2.1.22

 

I like to report that NIS blocks Media Center from updating, it can't access internet!

Please fix this Symantec!
