I am running NIS 21.7.0.11 and connect to the internet using a Virgin Media "Superhub".
Recently I received notification that I should update my NIS product to NIS22. However, on trying to do that I received an "Alert" telling me that one of my programs is incompatible with the new Norton product and that I needed to uninstall my "Virgin Media Hub 3.5.12" in order to proceed.
I am not prepared to do that - mainly because I fear being unable to connect to the internet after the uninstallation of the hub, installation of NIS22 and reinstallation of the hub - and perhaps no way back to NIS21.
Anyone else had this problem or can give any advice/solutions on how to proceed?
