Couldn't post on previous comments regarding this problem with NIS5. I am running Lion and despite Chats with Mac support and remote activation this problem still occurs on all my macs, although at differing times. Problem unresolved and whilst it is not a particular problem to reactivate it is getting somewhat of a pain. The original posts were back in December 2011 so I would have expected the problem to have been fixed but not so lucky!
