I installed NMS on iPad 3 with IOS v 7.1. I have set up my account and have registered the device.
My problem is that I cannot get the Scream or Call functions to work. I get the error message and click the link to check for browser compatibility. I have tried this on IE 10 and on FF 28. Both browser tests come back OK.
Another problem is the device disappears from my account at mobilesecurity.norton.com, and I have to log out of the account and log back in to have the device show again.
The iPad is turned on and connected to the internet when these tests have failed.
FWIW The free functions of the Find my Phone app that comes with the iPad work properly.
