Hello. The same exact thing is happening to me. My sales have dropped off significantly. I have owned and operated at least 8 sites that nortons is now showing a gray circle beside. I have been on live chat for 3 solid hours over two days with nothing resolved. I have a case number BUT NO SOLUTION.
These are just a few of my sites. I am the owner. Most of them have been on google for at least two years except for the new ecommerce site I added earlier this year.
THESE ARE PREBUILT TEMPLATES ON GODADDY.COM THE ROOT CANNOT BE ACCESSED. NO ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND. PLEASE HELP. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

I even took the suggestion on another thread here and added the code to my meta tag on http://www.babypacifiershop.com It kept rejecting it. The code is still in the meta tag copied exactly as it was sent in my email to verify my site.
I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROOT DIRECTORY ON ANY OF THESE SITES AS THEY ARE ALL PREBUILT TEMPLATES ON GODADDY.COM Godaddy.com can not do anything about this either. I was on the phone for a half hour with them yesterday as well. 1and1.com cannot do anything about this as well. I am using their prebuilt templates.
