I have not received any email notifications about my child's activity for two days even though my son has been using his computer during this time and has attempted to access blocked sites. I checked the Activity page in our account and it shows no activity since yesterday morning. My son has also requested access to a couple of websites multiple times since yesterday, but I never received the request emails. I have checked the alert settings, and all boxes are checked and I even added another email address to test, but still not receiving notifications. There is nothing in my spam folders. We are on Norton family version 3.2.0 running on Windows 7.
