No green tick

Hi when i am using google search i used to get a green tick next to the search results but i am now not getting any ticks.

Not sure what i have done.

Safe web is enabled.

Any advice?

No green ticks for me either although Safe Web is enabled. Bit of a Luddite as am on IE11. Any idea how to get them back? Many thanks, all.

Issue is fixed and released with Norton Safe Web extension version 3.13.0.15

If you dont get the update, please open

1. chrome://extensions/ from the address

2. Find Norton Safe Web extension and click on "Details" button in it

3. Click "Update" button to get the latest updates which should have the fix. 

Regarding Extension Button missing,

1. Chrome has changed the post installation behavior of extension

2. So post installation, please click on the below icon from the right top corner of chrome browser

3. Click Pin icon to display the Extension button

This has been reported in a couple of other threads. Norton is aware of this issue and is working on it.
