Whenever I’m installing Norton antivirus I am not able to access my internet and websites even when I am connected to wi fi. Even when I disabled smart firewall in norton I am facing same issue. Please help with issues. Regards

and you tried Restart (not Shut down) machine
and you tried: Reset to Default &or Repair Norton
Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup

and you tried Norton 360…clean install…with Norton 360 Remover tool… https://www.norton.com/nortonremover → Remove only → scour File Explorer for remnants → Restart (not Shut down) machine.
Do you have internet access with Norton removed?

If your Norton 360 is not working as expected after you’ve tried Reset to Default &or Repair Norton &or Norton 360 clean install…then…may be best to reach out to Norton support.
