My mother recently upgraded to IE 9 and the IE 10. This caused problems with how it was working with Norton. I logged in remotely and uninstalled IE10, downgraded to IE8, and we can still not get Norton 360 to enable a Toolbar on IE8, so she can utilize Identity Safe.
I have gone in and ensure that the "third party add-ons" are enabled within the Advanced Options, and I have also tried to find the Norton Add-On, but they are not there to select or Enable.
I have done a Live Update, and a software update from the Norton site, but we cannot get the darn Add-On to show-up so I can enable it.
She is running Windows 7, with IE8.
