As Pulse Updates aren't logged,  I can't help you with that,  but I haven't had any Virus Definitions for 24 hours until just now.

in my live update history, it does show pulse updates normally. but this weekend it seemed to be very few and far between.

I noticed that there could be several hours between them too, so it wasn't something on your end.
