I have installed Norton family into my kid Samsung S6 since 2 months ago. The house rule is working fine on the mobile phone as tested i can't visit the blocked website. But, I didn't get any alert in my email. Until now, when I login to the Norton family website to monitor the activity for the mobile device, none at all.
I tried to solve myself, but can't find any wrong. I have no problem with norton family on desktop setup, as I can see the activity and received alert notification regularly.
Please help.
