I purchased NAV2009 from Best Buy. Loaded on a laptop. When i attempt to activate i get the message “No response received from Symantec server”. I can access Symantec store but not customer support or activation pages. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling. i tried resetting IE defaults. i am using wireless connection. my LAN computer (this one) has NAV installed and works fine. i took it to my wife’s work and tried on their network. Same result. it must be malware or a setting on the laptop. has anyone else gotten this message?
