• Norton Small Business (standard/base plan) → VPN is not included.
• Norton Small Business Premium → VPN is included (listed as a feature on the Premium plan).

Norton Small Business Premium – Turn On VPN (Windows 11)

Here are the exact steps for Windows 11:

Method 1: From the Main Dashboard (Recommended)

1. Open the Norton Small Business app.
2. On the main screen, locate the VPN tile.
3. Click Turn On (or toggle the switch).
4. Select a server location if prompted, then click Connect.

Method 2: From the System Tray (Windows 11)

1. Click the ^ (up arrow) icon in the taskbar (bottom-right corner) to show hidden icons.
2. Right-click the Norton icon.
3. Select VPN.
4. Toggle the switch to On and choose a location.

Method 3: Through the App Menu

1. Open Norton Small Business.
2. Click the three-line menu icon (top-left).
3. Click VPN in the left sidebar.
4. Turn the toggle On.
5. Select a server and click Connect.

The VPN will show as connected once active.
When the VPN is connected in Norton Small Business Premium on Windows 11, the dashboard shows the status as Protected (you’ll usually see “VPN Protected” or a green “Protected” indicator).
