NOBU Backup will not complete

I am backing up to networked drive and NOBU shows "100% Copied" but the status never goes to complete.  The status shows "Starting" (with the circular activity indicator running continuously), but never changes.  I even deleted that backup set and created a new set, but had the same result.  This also happens when backing up to Norton's secure online storage.  I eventually have to close the window manually to stop the backup process (the "Pause" and "Cancel" buttons are greyed out and not active).
